Estado Disposicional

Dor que se intensifica em angústia que se intensifica em sofrimento atroz que se intensifica em dor até a dor deixar de existir.
Ou, porventura, deixar de existir aquela que a sente.

In Your Room

As she falls down and hurts her head
She's lying still but she's not dead
Awakens slowly, sees a picture of herself
On the wall as she gets up
Straightens her dress and calls me up
She says: 'I know now, I am whole now. Can you come?'
In your room where both of you are talking
Your good side and your bad
Discussing who has better hair
In your space, I hear four feet walking
And there are two more knocking
In case you're wondering
I'm still on your side
As she embraces all of me
I want her only to need me
It doesn't matter what I tell her because she changes
Her mind before she speaks
And tends to talk before she thinks
But how I love her
I know there's truth for you somewhere
If I were wise I'd take you there
But I'm not, at least not yet
So I'll be watching you instead
In your room, in your room
In your room, I can wander around forever
And I recognize the color of the walls that we painted
In your chair that I broke because I was careless
I can sit and watch you dance around
My words are spoken, I am on your side
My words are spoken, I am on your side
In your room, in your room

Uma das músicas que ouvimos (que me deste a conhecer!) antes do primeiro beijo...

I Don't Want To Miss a Thing

I could stay awake just to hear you breathing
Watch you smile while you are sleeping
While you're far away and dreaming
I could spend my life in this sweet surrender
I could stay lost in this moment forever
Every moment spent with you
Is a moment I treasure
Don't wanna close my eyes
I don't wanna fall asleep
'Cause I'd miss you baby
And I don't wanna miss a thing
'Cause even when I dream of you
The sweetest dream would never do
I'd still miss you baby
And I don't wanna miss a thing
Laying close to you
Feeling your heart beating
And I'm wondering what you're dreaming
Wondering if it's me you're seeing
Then I kiss your eyes and thank God we're together
I just want to stay with you
In this moment forever, forever and ever
Don't wanna close my eyes
I don't wanna fall asleep
'Cause I'd miss you, baby
And I don't wanna miss a thing
'Cause even when I dream of you
The sweetest dream will never do
I'd still miss you, baby
And I don't wanna miss a thing
I don't wanna miss one smile
I don't wanna miss one kiss
I just wanna be with you
Right here with you, just like this
I just wanna hold you close
Feel your heart so close to mine
And just stay here in this moment
For all the rest of time
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah!
Don't wanna close my eyes
I don't wanna fall a sleep
'Cause I'd miss you, baby
And I don't wanna miss a thing
'Cause even when I dream of you
The sweetest dream will never do
I'd still miss you, baby
And I don't wanna miss a thing
Don't wanna close my eyes
I don't wanna fall a sleep
'Cause I'd miss you, baby
And I don't wanna miss a thing
'Cause even when I dream of you
The sweetest dream will never do
I'd still miss you, baby
And I don't wanna miss a thing
Don't wanna close my eyes
Don't wanna fall asleep, yeah
I don't want to miss a thing

Uma das músicas ouvidas após o primeiro beijo...

Inflatable

Let it slide overhead
When I believe in you my soul can rest
But our love is really love
It never fails but fail it does
When you shine like the sun
You see me only one, my only friend
You're so pretty in white, pretty when you're faithful
I resigned from myself
Took a break for someone else
It's like I come undone
And I've only just become inflatable for you
You're so pretty in white, pretty when you're faithful
I don't mind most of the time
But you push me so far inside
You're so pretty in white, pretty when you're faithful
